WELTER EXPERIMENT CARE SERVICE

This is a free A/S (After-Sales) service available for up to two years from the date of purchase, exclusively for products purchased through the official Welter Experiment website.

When submitting a request, please attach photos of the damaged area along with details of when the damage occurred.

Unused products are eligible for a refund or exchange for a new item, while used products will receive free A/S service. For items that cannot be repaired, we will provide individual guidance through separate contact.
(Please note that damage caused by excessive use or customer negligence, such as tearing or breakage, may not be eligible for service.)

The processing time may vary depending on the date of receipt and the type of product. After inspection by our service team, we will provide individual updates.
